What areas does Asphalva deliver to?
We cover the Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Ampang, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your address falls within range, contact us and we'll confirm.
How far in advance should I make a request?
We recommend submitting your request at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery date. This gives us time to confirm vehicle availability and arrange a delivery window that suits your schedule.
What documents do I need for the handover?
You'll need a valid Malaysian driving licence (or international driving permit if applicable) and a form of identification. Our team will guide you through any additional paperwork at the time of handover.
Is the delivery fee included in the arrangement price?
Delivery and pickup within the core Klang Valley area are included in the arrangement price as listed. Addresses at the outer edge of our coverage area may carry a small additional delivery component — this will be communicated clearly before confirmation.
What happens if I need to change my return time?
Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. We'll do our best to adjust the return pickup time, subject to our scheduling. Changes requested less than three hours before a scheduled pickup may not always be accommodated.
Are there mileage restrictions on the arrangements?
Each arrangement includes a standard daily mileage allowance appropriate to the arrangement duration. Details are provided in the rental agreement you receive before or at handover. Additional mileage terms are outlined clearly in that document.
