How It Works
Our Delivery Arrangement Process
Each arrangement follows the same structured process regardless of which option you choose. The steps are predictable, the communication is direct, and the handover happens at the address you provide.
Submit Your Request
Fill in the contact form with your preferred arrangement, delivery address, and desired dates. We'll confirm availability within one working day.
Confirm the Arrangement
We send a written summary of terms including delivery time window, pricing, mileage allowance, and coverage. You confirm when satisfied.
Vehicle Delivered to Your Door
Our team arrives within the agreed window. We complete a condition walk-around together and provide you with a direct contact number before departing.
Vehicle Collected from Your Location
At the end of your arrangement, we come to you. A brief condition check is completed on pickup, and your arrangement closes without a branch visit.

Single-Day Delivered Compact

A single-day rental with doorstep vehicle delivery and pickup within the Klang Valley. Designed for day trips, appointments, or any situation where you need reliable transport for one full day without a branch visit. Includes a brief handover at the door and a streamlined return at the end of the day.

Every vehicle is checked for fuel, cleanliness, tyre condition, and mechanical readiness before it leaves for your address.
Signed Condition Report
A condition document is completed at delivery and collection. Both parties receive a copy, providing a shared reference for the arrangement period.
Road Coverage Included
Standard road coverage is included in every arrangement. Coverage details are confirmed at the time of booking before any commitment is made.
PDPA-Compliant Data Handling
Your contact information and arrangement details are handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act and not shared for unrelated purposes.
Written Pricing Confirmation
Pricing is confirmed in writing before you commit to the arrangement. Additional elements such as outer-coverage delivery are disclosed before confirmation.
Direct Contact Throughout
A direct phone line is given at handover. You reach the arrangements team, not an automated system, for the duration of your rental period.
